Our Mission
Our goal is not to teach children directly, but to help them discover their environment and their own abilities through games and research. Our institution adopts hands-on education rather than rote learning. We are here to raise children who research, question, are self-confident, can socialize, love their country and nation, have the knowledge and skills required for their age, work with positive energy and team spirit, can freely express their feelings and thoughts, and are mentally and physically healthy and happy.

Our Principal
Okşan KURT
Gündoğdu Anaokulu Müdürü
Uzm. Dr. Psikolog Okşan Kurt, 1997 yılında Bakırköy Kız Meslek Lisesi Çocuk Gelişimi ve Eğitimi Bölümünden mezun olmuştur. Ardından 2005 yılında Bahçeşehir Üniversitesi Psikoloji Bölümünü tamamlamıştır. Profesyonel kariyerine özel okullarda çocuk gelişimi uzmanı olarak başlayan Okşan Kurt, 2012 yılında Anadolu Üniversitesi Okul Öncesi Eğitim ve Öğretmenliği programını bitirerek eğitimci kimliğini pekiştirmiştir. 2018 yılında Aydın Üniversitesi'nden Psikoloji alanında tezli yüksek lisans derecesi alan Kurt, akademik çalışmalarını İstanbul Üniversitesi'nde 0-18 yaş Çocuk Gelişimi ve Eğitimi programıyla sürdürmüş, 2024 yılında Çukurova Üniversitesi Klinik Psikoloji doktora programına kabul almıştır. 25 yılı aşkın mesleki deneyimiyle Okşan Kurt, çocuk gelişimi, okul öncesi eğitim, psikoloji ve aile danışmanlığı alanlarında derin uzmanlık sahibidir. Eğitim felsefesi, her çocuğun benzersiz potansiyelini keşfetmesine yardımcı olmak üzerine kuruludur.
